The Spark of a Mission

It began with a single visit to the Zimba Eye Clinic. Witnessing patients traveling miles for care only to face cold, sleepless nights on hard concrete was a turning point. We saw not just a medical need, but a profound lack of basic human comfort.

The challenge was simple but immense: how to provide warmth and dignity to those in their most vulnerable moments? Pillow and a Blanket was born from the determination to ensure that every patient braving the night receives the simple gift of comfort.

Through early milestones and the support of a growing community, we moved from an idea to a movement. Today, our founding story continues with every delivery, restoring more than just sight—it restores hope across the region.
